EVERY CHRISTIAN SHOULD DO DTS AND TFNJ!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously, school is going great. I am learning so much, God is blowing my mind with everything that I'm learning. This school is way more than I ever thought it would be.

God has such a perfect plan for our lives. Why do we try to fight Him about things???

That's what I've learned. Life can really really suck...if we don't live how God intended us to. God has life set up totally perfect for us, but for some reasons us humans seem to think that we know more than God does. We try to make things work instead of just letting God work for us. If we do things ourselves and ignore what God is telling us, then God doesn't have a chance to work in us. And He has given us a choice...he didn't create us as robots. If we don't want to listen to God, He'll stop telling us what He wants. Although there are times when God intervenes, He often let's us have our own way, even if it makes him very unhappy.

But why don't we just let GOD do what He wants in our lives? Are we afraid that He's going to punish us for past sins??? Nope....Jesus died for those already. Is it because we think God likes to torture us??? Well He says in His word that He has plans to prosper us and not to harm us, to give us a hope and a future (Jer 29:11). God wants the best for us...He wants to give us the desires of our heart...with only one catch...we have to give him our LIFE!!! Sounds scary...but He did create us...and die for us...He knows us better than we know ourselves (psalm 139)so doesn't he deserve US!!!

This is what I've been doing lately....giving God ALL of me. And I can't even express to you all of the wonders that God has been doing in my life. I see him do little miracles in my life everyday...like giving me the perfect seat in a bus so that I don't get carsick...and giving me a taxi right at the perfect time...and sending people in my life to tell me exactly what I need to hear right at the perfect time. MAN!!!! God is so good...if we just let Him be!!!

I am planning on teaching at the elementary school on the base after i finish TFNJ. And I will be continuing coaching football as well. I am loving those little boys MORE AND MORE each and everyday. Life is so great!
