First two weeks of school!

Hello faithful readers! Sorry it's been a long time since I wrote on this. I just got back power on the base on the 18th, and the internet is still not hooked up. So i've had to come into Mandeville to use the internet.

My first two weeks of school have been SOOo great. I am glad that I stayed. this really is a great opportunity and I love my students so much. this week I got a new student. So now I have five. Two girls and three boys. They're all great. They're really enjoying grade 6.

I was so excited before the first day of school that I actually couldn't sleep. I think i've found my calling! I really love being in the classroom and sharing knowledge and truth with kids. it's amazing.

I'm still having bouts of homesickness every once in a while. But I'm trying to stay positive and make the most of my time here. I know that every moment is a gift from God, so I need to have a good attitude and do my best while i'm here.
